What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

As a Design Apprentice, you will:

  • Assist senior designers with various design tasks and projects.
  • Learn and apply design principles for web, print, or digital platforms (e.g., UI/UX, graphic design, branding, marketing materials).
  • Help create visual assets such as icons, images, layouts, and presentations.
  • Work with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Receive direct feedback and mentorship to develop your skills.
  • Organize and manage design files and assets.
  • Support the team by performing general design-related duties as needed.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • A strong passion for design and a genuine eagerness to learn.
  • Some basic understanding of design principles or a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with any design software is a plus, but not required – we'll teach you!
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning.
  • A portfolio (even if small or personal projects) showcasing your interest in design is a bonus.
